Hotel Benefits

The restaurant's frequents are El Hotel's customers and tourists as well as locals, since our chef  Iñigo Rodriguez, creates a varied menu depending on the market supplies and season. This Gourmet Menu is available from Monday through Saturday for 22 € . You may also order a la carte during lunchtimes and dinners any day of the week. 

The restaurant lounge is open all day long as a bar and cafeteria. We recommend booking a table on the terrace to eat during the sunny days of winter and under the shade during the summer.

21st century style flao with Ibizan jelly sweet herbs and a crunchy croissant. One of our chef’s star dishes. It was created for the “new Ibizan cooking” book and it is the best selling dessert today.
