Our “Restaurant” will satisfy all your senses with the spirit, extravagance and flavours of Pacha, served with the highest standard of cutting edge cuisine. The Restaurant lounge is on the Hotel’s main floor, offering clients the best cuisine.

Besides our extensive delicatessen menu, we also offer a menu with sushi and typical island dishes. This Restaurant also offers buffet breakfasts on a daily basis and we give our guests a taste of the island on a weekly basis with our unique Gourmet menus.

Mi-cuit foie

Mi-cuit (partially conserved) foie with fig preserve and Pedro Ximenez (sherry) jelly.


Salmon on Sesame

Salmon in a sesame seed crust with baby vegetables and miso sauce.


Salmorejo with Croutons

Salmorejo with croutons and Joselito ham. (A really appetising Mediterranean dish for the summer).


Artichokes with Joselito ham

Artichokes with Joselito bacon and Tapenade black olive paste served in a kettledrum. (One of our chef’s latest creations for this season).


Sea bass with sauted vegetables

Sea bass with salted vegetables in Rosemary oil and soy sauce and yuzu. (Fusion dish with Oriental cuisine).


Spanish Sirloin Steak

National sirloin steak with Majorcan sausage paste pastry and wild asparagus. (A dish with an Ibizan touch).



Tuna and salmon sashimi with prawn, salmon and eel niguiris.


21st Century style Flao

21st century style flao with Ibizan jelly sweet herbs and a crunchy croissant. One of our chef’s star dishes. It was created for the “new Ibizan cooking” book and it is the best selling dessert today.
