The Restaurant at el Hotel has become much more tan just a hotel restaurant: it is an essential visit for everyone on the island, locals or tourists. A cuisine deeply rooted in the Ibiza tradition and offering the most succulent dishes all year round. A hightly multicultural cuisine, thanks to the huge variety of flavors it embraces. Dario Elio Zoldán is the chef behind the menú. 


The restaurant lounge is open all day long as a bar and cafeteria. You can order a la carte during lunchtimes and dinners any day of the week. We recommend booking a table on the terrace to eat during the sunny days of winter and under the shade during the summer.
